Medical marijuana is becoming a popular alternative to prescribed painkillers among both doctors and patients. In animals, when opioids are combined with cannabis, the efficacy of the opioid is increased without the need for bigger doses. While there is no pill, spray, drop, or puff that can entirely fix this, but medical cannabis, when taken correctly, may take a significant bite out of it.
